Video Editor & Graphic Design Intern

Sea Shepherd Global is seeking a highly creative Video Editor & Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic communications team and contribute to the impactful world of ocean conservation.

Position: Video Editor & Graphic Design Intern
Duration: 3 Months (2-3 days/week based on agreement)
Location: Remote

Your Mission:

  • * Collaborate with our social media team to produce visually stunning and engaging video and graphic content.
  • * Design graphics, infographics, and other multimedia elements that convey the urgency of our marine conservation efforts.
  • * Edit videos to create captivating visual stories for our campaigns.
  • * Work closely with the communication team under the direct supervision of the Social Media Coordinator and contribute to projects guided by the Head of Visual Design.
  • * Participate in the day-to-day content production, including brainstorming and executing creative campaigns.

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • * Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • * Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software.
  • * Pursuing a degree in graphic design, media, communications, or a related field.
  • * Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • * Passion for marine conservation and environmental activism.
